This wellness consult is a space for delving into and exploring how you are feeling in the multi-layered-ness of your Being and how you want to feel. We take a look at your wellness history, patterns, choices and priorities; and from there, cast a helpful pathway for the improvements you seek and are ready for. In this well cultivated, sacred appointment we draw from the wells of nourishment practices, plants as healers and teachers, ritual, energy medicine and intuition in meeting your intentions and needs as fully and deeply as possible. Your vibrancy is well rooted and needed in this world. *Please note, this session includes a 90 minute intake and a 30 minute follow up where we go into the practices, plant allies and other healing modalities that are being recommended. Feel free to schedule a "Touching In" session to get a chance to talk and see if we are in resonance to work together. **Payment plans are available.
